Why I built Luvero.

I founded Luvero because I became frustrated with how reactive and transactional accountancy had become. Too many business owners were working hard, generating revenue, and still feeling constantly behind — waiting for year-end accounts to tell them what had already happened, instead of getting clarity while decisions still mattered.

The pattern was almost always the same. Good turnover. No real visibility on cash flow. Stress, uncertainty, a lack of control. The problem was rarely effort. It was visibility — and the firms supporting these owners weren't built to provide it.

My philosophy is simple. Good accounting should create clarity, not confusion. Owners should understand their numbers without needing a finance degree — where the money is going, what's working, what isn't, and what decisions need to be made next. Accounting should help people build better businesses and better lives, not just keep HMRC satisfied.
