This notice explains what cookies are, which cookies our website uses, and how you can manage them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, which sets out more broadly how we handle personal information.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies — including local storage, pixels, and tracking scripts — are covered by this notice even where they are not strictly called "cookies".
Cookies can be:
The site sets no cookies by default. Functional browser local storage is used to remember the state of the mobile navigation menu across pages and to remember whether you have chosen to load the waiting list form (see below) — neither leaves your device, and neither is used for tracking or identification.
The waiting list form on our /waitlist page is provided by LeadConnector (part of GoHighLevel) and sets cookies on the leadconnectorhq.com domain when loaded. The form is not loaded by default. You will see a clear prompt to either load it inline (which then sets those cookies) or open it in a new tab (which keeps luvero.uk cookie-free). Your choice is remembered for future visits to the page.
When we reopen to new clients in November 2026, our website will reintroduce a third-party booking calendar (provided by LeadConnector, part of GoHighLevel) to let prospective clients book introductory calls. The booking calendar sets cookies on the domain it is served from (api.leadconnectorhq.com) — used by LeadConnector to remember booking state, prevent double-bookings, and similar.
When the calendar returns we will update this notice and provide a clear consent prompt before loading the calendar, so cookies will only be set if you choose to load it. Your choice will be remembered for future visits to the site.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete existing cookies. The exact steps depend on which browser you use:
Blocking all cookies will affect how many websites work, but will not stop our site from working during the closure period since we currently set none.
We will update this notice when our cookie use changes — in particular before reopening to new clients in November 2026. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent revision was made.
