Why we've paused.

Luvero is closed to new clients from May to November 2026. The decision was deliberate. Existing clients set the standard for what we do; protecting that standard means resisting the temptation to stretch capacity.

Team development

Six months to invest in the people we already have. New hires onboarded properly. Existing team given the space to grow into more senior work without the pressure of a constant new-business pipeline.

Systems and processes

Quiet time to refine the systems that keep client work consistent. Better processes mean better outcomes, faster turnaround, and fewer dropped balls when we open the doors again.

Service quality

For six months, existing clients aren't sharing capacity with a new-business funnel. The result is more attention, faster responses, and the standard we want to be known for.

Three touch-points. No surprises.

The waiting list isn't a queue you join and hope for the best. We stay in light contact through the closure so you always know where you stand and where we are.

01

Complete the form

Five minutes. We ask about your business, your numbers, and what you need from an accountant. Emma acknowledges within 24 hours and confirms your place on the list.

02

Stay informed

A brief update from Emma in August so you know where things stand. A pre-reopening confirmation in October to check we're still aligned and your circumstances haven't shifted.

03

Onboard from November

We reach out to confirmed waiting-list prospects first. Introductory call, engagement letter, and onboarding all move inside the opening weeks of November.

Five minutes to join.
First in line when we reopen.

Standard questions about your business, what you need, and how soon you want to move. We acknowledge within 24 hours and confirm your place. No commitment until both sides confirm the fit in November.

What's on the form.

A quick preview so you know what to have to hand. Five minutes total. Most fields are required so we can have a meaningful conversation in November; a few are optional context.

01

About you

Name, email, phone, preferred way to reach you.

02

About your business

Business name and type, what you do, turnover range, headcount, year-end date.

03

What you need

Services you're after (bookkeeping, payroll, year-end, etc.), software you use, current accountant, budget range.

04

Timing and context

How urgent your need is, where you heard about us, anything else we should know.

The things people usually ask.

If your question isn't here, email Emma at [email protected] and she'll come back to you within one working day.

Will I definitely be taken on when you reopen?

Joining the waiting list puts you first in line for review, not on an automatic intake list. When we reopen in November the team reviews each confirmed prospect against capacity and fit. We expect to onboard most of the list, but the final decision is made at the introductory call once we both have full context.

I need an accountant urgently. Can you make an exception?

We're not making exceptions during the closure period — the whole purpose of the pause is to protect service standards for existing clients. If your need is genuinely time-critical and can't wait until November, we'd recommend speaking to another accountant in the meantime. We'd still be happy to take you on in November if you wanted to plan ahead — let us know either way on the form.

How long does the form take?

Around five minutes. The full set of fields is previewed in the section above. Most are required so we have enough context to have a meaningful conversation in November; a few are optional.

What happens after I submit it?

Emma acknowledges within 24 hours and confirms your place on the list. You'll hear from us again in August with a brief update, then in October with a pre-reopening confirmation, then we make contact in November to arrange the introductory call.

Will you confirm fees when I join the list?

No. Fees are agreed individually after the introductory call in November, once both sides have the full picture. Our published packages on the basics page give you a sense of the range — actual fees depend on size, complexity, and the work involved.

Can I withdraw or change my mind?

Yes, any time. Reply to any of our emails or write directly to Emma at [email protected] and we'll close your file. If your circumstances change in the meantime — different business needs, you find another accountant, you decide to wait longer — let us know and we'll update accordingly.

Where is my information stored?
